Great information! This is really good to know. I knew the regular recommendations about spicy and acidy foods don't really explain why people can sometimes eat those things with no problems and other times get into a rut with reflux and nothing seems to work.
Personally, I'm one of those people for whom it WAS food sensitivity related. I was having horrible, daily reflux and nothing I did seemed to help -- until I finally discovered, while eating plain cheese slices and the symptoms coming on furiously, that I am sensitive to dairy. I'm a year and a half totally dairy free, and if I decide to eat something with it, which I do rarely, the next day I have stomach pain and reflux. I suffered for years before I discovered what it was.
frtil.com doesn't work.
