Wellness trends come and go, but there are three things that have remained at the center of the wellness world for years: lymphatic drainage, fascia work, and fitness. Each has become its own little world, with countless women spending time and money trying to get results.
But what if you could combine all three into one 15-minute workout? And what if the results were almost miraculous?
Easy and fast weight loss. Inches disappearing. A smaller waist and flat stomach. That stubborn puffiness in the face, gone. Improved posture and pain gone. And perhaps most surprising of all, women losing significant amounts of weight with minimal sagging skin.
These weren’t just marketing promises. They were the results hundreds of women were experiencing and the testimonials kept coming.
Throughout Y2K and 2010s, a movement was slowly growing around a certain type of workout unlike anything most women had seen before.
Behind it was a woman who had spent decades studying the body and developing her own fitness method. Instead of focusing on muscle building alone, she created a workout that combined lymphatic movement, fascia work, and muscle strengthening into one routine that took just 15 minutes a day.
And women were hooked. And seeing results like never before.
Soon there were certified trainers, workout DVDs, books, retreats, and women traveling across the country to attend her events. The before-and-after photos and testimonials were everywhere. Some women had been following her method for years.
But in September 2018, at the peak of her empire, as she finally started to gain nationwide attention and media coverage, the woman behind it suddenly passed away.
What happened next is almost as fascinating as the workout itself.
Her death left the future of the business at a dead end. Reports circulated that she had died without a trust, and disputes over her estate left the company in limbo.
The business that had once attracted thousands of loyal followers slowly disappeared as it got held up in court under probate.
The website went offline. The workout videos became increasingly difficult to find. Most of her books became difficult to purchase, and old DVDs started showing up on resale sites for a lot of money.
Meanwhile, women who had purchased lifetime memberships were left wondering what had happened to the workouts they’d paid for. Questions piled up in Facebook groups. Where did everything go? Was the company ever coming back? Who was running it?
And the strangest part is that there was never a clear answer for the women who had spent years following this method, or the coaches who invested their livelihoods into this business. Because the person who could answer those questions was no longer here.
Today, what was once a booming fitness movement has been reduced to a handful of old DVDs, secondhand books, and old questions on an old facebook page wondering what happened.
Here’s what I find so cool about all of this.
There’s a small group of women who have quietly kept this almost miraculous workout alive. While the rest of the world has all but forgotten about it, these women are still out there, tucked away in little corners of the internet, preserving the original exercises, sharing old workout videos, and teaching the method to anyone lucky enough to stumble across it.
And after quite a bit of digging, I’ve managed to find them!
I’ve also tracked down the original workouts, figured out where beginners should start, and uncovered the rather bizarre story of what happened to the woman who created this whole fitness movement.
So, let me introduce you to the woman behind it all, how her method works, and most importantly, where you can still find the workouts and get started yourself.
